Welcome to the Text-to-Speech (TTS) service and related official website and Apple App Store mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Service”) provided by AI Voice Lab, Inc.This Privacy Policy fully explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, as well as your privacy rights under applicable laws. Please read all terms carefully before accessing the website, downloading or using the application. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of all terms of this Privacy Policy.This website only provides product introduction, information display and redirection to App Store download links. It does not independently host or operate user account data.

II. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we strictly follow the principle of data minimization, the California CPRA privacy regulations and Apple App Store privacy review requirements. We only collect information necessary for the Service, which falls into the following three categories:

1. Information You Voluntarily Provide

(1) Your name, email address, company information, contact details and other information you voluntarily provide when contacting customer service or submitting forms;(2) Text content you upload or enter when using the TTS function in the application, which is only used for real-time speech synthesis;(3) Basic information such as your nickname and anonymous account identifier authorized via Apple ID third-party login.

2. Automatically Collected System Information

(1) Device information: operating system, device model, language settings, anonymized IP address, iOS version, Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, subject to ATT authorization);(2) Service log information: access time, browsed pages, click records, function usage records, service error and fault logs;(3) Anonymous statistical information collected by Cookies and similar tracking technologies, used for analyzing website performance, optimizing user experience and ensuring service stability.

3. Information Obtained from Third Parties

If you log in to the application via a third-party Apple ID account, we only obtain basic anonymous account information (nickname, unique user ID) with your active authorization and consent. We will not obtain irrelevant private information such as your full Apple ID personal data, contacts or photo album.We will not proactively collect sensitive non-essential personal information such as biometric information, precise geographic location, bank card payment information or ID card information.

III. How We Use Information

All information we collect is only used for the following lawful and compliant purposes, and will never be used for unauthorized marketing, advertising push or data sale:

1.Providing, maintaining, operating and continuously improving the AI TTS service;

2.Completing speech synthesis of text entered by users;

3.User customer support, consultation response and communication notifications;

4.Service security protection, prevention of fraud, abuse and illegal attacks;

5.Fulfilling compliance obligations under California laws and regulations, Apple App Store platform rules, and mandatory requirements of law enforcement agencies;

6.Optimizing AI speech model effects (we will not use users’ private input text to train AI models without your separate explicit consent).

Special AI Transparency Notice

The text you provide for synthesis will be processed and converted into speech output by our servers deployed in the United States. Such content is only used for real-time speech generation and will not be used for any other purpose. We will never sell any of your personal information or user content data. For international users, this data processing involves cross-border transmission to the United States, and we will strictly comply with the cross-border data protection regulations of your region.

IV. Information Sharing

We strictly comply with the California CPRA and will never sell any user personal information or sensitive personal information. We only conduct limited sharing under the following legally necessary circumstances, and adopt strict data protection measures to ensure compliance with cross-border requirements:

1.Cooperative service providers: We only share necessary anonymous data with US-based data hosting, technical analysis and customer support service providers. Such providers must abide by equivalent privacy protection obligations, sign Data Processing Agreements (DPA), comply with EU GDPR and Japanese APPI requirements, and shall not resell data or transfer data outside the United States;

2.Legal mandatory requirements: Compliance with laws and regulations, effective court judgments, and lawful mandatory requirements of government and law enforcement agencies;

3.Material corporate transactions: In the event of company merger, acquisition, asset restructuring, business transfer and other circumstances, user data will be transferred as a whole with the business. We will give public notice in advance, ensure that users’ original privacy rights are not affected, and guarantee that the recipient meets equivalent data protection standards;

4.Necessary compliant data interaction with Apple Inc. (subscription status, ATT tracking authorization, App Store privacy label synchronization).

V. Data Storage and Cross-Border Data Transfer

1.Data storage location: All user personal information, sensitive information, synthesized text, device logs and subscription data are stored, processed and backed up on servers located in the United States. We adopt reasonable technical and management measures such as encryption, access control and security audits to protect data security.

2.Special instructions for international users:(1) If you use the Service outside the United States, your data and personal information (including input text, device information, etc.) will be transmitted from your country/region to servers in the United States for processing, constituting cross-border data transfer;(2) Your use of the Service constitutes your consent to such cross-border data transfer, and you understand that US data protection standards may differ from those in your country/region.(3) For EU users: We have signed Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) required by the EU GDPR and adopted security measures compliant with GDPR cross-border transfer requirements to protect your personal information rights; you have the right to withdraw cross-border consent, request data portability and file complaints with EU regulatory authorities.(4) For Japanese users: We will strictly comply with the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), disclose the US data protection system and the recipient’s security measures to you before cross-border transfer, obtain your explicit consent, regularly verify the implementation of the recipient’s protection measures, and provide relevant information upon your request;(5) We will continuously adopt encrypted transmission, access control, regular security audits and other measures to ensure the security of data transmitted cross-border and stored in the United States, in compliance with the cross-border data protection regulations of your region.

VI. User Rights

1. Users Residing in the United States (Subject to CPRA/CCPA)

Users residing in the United States enjoy complete statutory privacy rights in accordance with the law:(1) Right to know: Request to review all personal information we have collected, used and disclosed about you in the past 12 months;(2) Right to access: Request to obtain a copy of your personal information held by us;(3) Right to deletion: Request permanent deletion of all your personal information and historical synthesized content (except as required by legal retention rules);(4) Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information;(5) Right to restrict processing of sensitive personal information;(6) Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We promise never to sell user data, and you may confirm the refusal of authorization at any time;(7) Right to non-discrimination: We will not increase service fees, reduce service quality or restrict function use if you exercise any of the above privacy rights.How to exercise rights: Send a written request to support@aivoicelab.com and provide your App Store user identifier. We will respond and process within the statutory period under California law.

2. International Users Outside the United States

International users enjoy the following rights in accordance with the law, subject to the privacy regulations of your region (such as EU GDPR, Japanese APPI):(1) Right to access, correct personal information, and delete accounts and data;(2) Right to know details of cross-border data transfer (including destination, processing method and security measures);(3) Right to separately withdraw consent to cross-border data transfer and non-essential data collection to the extent permitted by law;(4) For EU users: Request data portability and file complaints with regulatory authorities in accordance with GDPR requirements;(5) For Japanese users: Request disclosure of cross-border transfer information, confirmation of the recipient’s protection measures and objection to non-compliant cross-border transfers in accordance with APPI requirements.How international users exercise rights: Send a written request to support@aivoicelab.com. VII. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adult users and is not directed at minors under the age of 13.We will not intentionally collect or store any personal information of children under 13. If we accidentally discover that we have collected information from minors, we will immediately and permanently delete all relevant data.If you are the guardian of a minor and find that the minor has used the Service and submitted personal information, please contact us promptly to delete the relevant data.

VIII. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and services use Cookies, Web Beacons, local storage and other similar technologies:

1.For counting website traffic, analyzing user behavior paths and optimizing service performance and experience;

2.For ensuring website security and maintaining normal function operation;

3.Not for unauthorized tracking or targeted advertising.You may freely manage, disable or clear Cookies in your browser settings; after disabling, some statistical and optimization functions of the website may not work properly, but it will not affect the use of core App download and TTS services.For EU users, we will obtain your explicit consent to the use of Cookies in accordance with GDPR requirements.

IX. Data Security Protection

We adopt comprehensive and reasonable technical, management and physical security protection measures to protect user data security in all aspects, especially strengthening security protection for cross-border transmitted data:

1.Full encryption of data transmission (including cross-border transmission) and data storage to prevent data leakage during transmission and storage;

2.Strict hierarchical control of internal access rights, with only authorized personnel able to access data, and complete access log records established;

3.Regular security audits, vulnerability detection, security updates and fixes to continuously optimize the security protection system;

4.Signing Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with cooperative service providers to clarify the security responsibilities of both parties and regularly supervise the implementation of service providers’ security measures;

5.In the event of a data security breach, we will promptly notify users and the relevant regulatory authorities and take remedial measures in strict accordance with the California laws, EU GDPR, Japanese APPI and other relevant regulations.

X. Third-Party SDK Description

The processing of personal data by third-party SDKs is the sole responsibility of the SDK developers and governed by their own privacy policies. We are not liable for the collection, use and sharing of your personal data by third-party SDKs. We only authorize third-party SDKs to collect and process your personal data within the scope necessary to realize the functions of the Service, and explicitly prohibit third-party SDKs from using your personal data for any purpose irrelevant to the Service. If a third-party SDK developer is located overseas, its collection and processing of your personal data fall within the scope of cross-border transmission and processing specified in this Policy and are subject to the relevant provisions on cross-border transmission and processing herein.The specific list, purposes, types of personal data collected and corresponding privacy policy links of third-party SDKs are detailed in Appendix I Third-Party SDK List to this Policy. We will update the appendix in a timely manner in accordance with SDK updates, additions or deletions to ensure you understand the latest SDK information. If you do not agree to the collection of your personal data by third-party SDKs, you may stop using the corresponding functions or disable relevant permissions via device settings. We will list all third-party entities that access user data and their purposes in this Privacy Policy and within the application, and impose stricter information protection requirements on third-party AI service providers/SDK providers that access data related to AI functions.

XI. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise and update the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. After the policy is changed, the latest version will be published on the official website and in the application with the new effective date marked.If the updated content involves material changes such as cross-border data transfer or core user rights, we will separately notify international users via pop-up windows, emails or other means.Please check the updated content regularly; your continued access to the website and use of the application after the policy is updated constitutes your reading and acceptance of all contents of the latest version of the Privacy Policy.

XII. Dispute Resolution and Contact Information

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation by both parties.
